  Due to the problem at the infrastructure provider side, part of the chat infrastructure has failed and chats were not coming through in the interval 2022-06-08 18:33 EEST to 2022-06-08 18:58 EEST. The issue was resolved automatically by failing over to reserve infrastructure and the service is back to normal.
