Update

We are happy to announce that disruptions in Live chat have now been fixed. We will still continue to closely monitor the status of the system, and take any measures needed to prevent this from happening again.

Some of our customers are currently experiencing issues in message sending in Live chat. Our developers are investigating the issue with highest priority and we are doing our best to get the service running normally as soon as possible.
