  AI Chattbot is having some issues with Azure's OpenAI Service. They have global outage on this service, which is causing issues to the giosg service

  Impact Statement: Starting at 00:01 UTC on 13 July 2024, you have been identified as a customer using Azure OpenAI Service globally who may experience errors when calling the Azure OpenAI endpoints and resource might be unavailable for the duration of the outage.

  Current Status: We are aware of this issue and are actively investigating. This was a transient issue that impacted multiple regions. The service mitigation is underway and recovery is in progress, and an update will be provided in 60 minutes, or as events warrant.
